Hello! A quick introduction is in order…
I spent 2020 building out the back-end of an e-commerce marketplace, utilizing the Mirakl platform. It’s a well-designed and powerful enterprise marketplace platform with a fantastic team behind it. I was fortunate to work closely with Mirakl Consultants, CSMs and Product Development teams throughout this period. I was also delighted to accept an invitation to the Mirakl Partner Advisory Board.
In 2020, I onboarded around 170 brands onto the Mirakl platform and became well-acquainted with the functionality/behavior of the tool. Along the way, I picked up quite a few tips & tricks and was quite proficient in loading the brand’s products, services & inventory (offers) into Mirakl. It’s not difficult to perform but it does take time before you can learn to move quickly. As with most skills, the more you practice, the better you get and I had plenty of practice in 2020.

Who am I? I’m currently working as a Customer Success Manager for ChurnZero and I live in Sarasota, FL with my wife, 2 boys, 2 dogs & now a kitten name Ember. I’m an SF/East Bay native with family back in the Bay Area. When I’m not working or driving my kids to sports I want to play my guitar (turn it up to eleven) with a cold beer. Or go to the beach. Or all three at the same time.
